This section of the blog has to do with things that are more of a “work” nature. So generally you will find all things internet, world wide web, digital and computer related. Plus helpful links and resources.
- GRAPHIC DESIGN, professional, high-quality graphic design for over 25 years:
- “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” Or what’s in a name? I always liked that name “designWise” for my graphic design business. In fact, I used it for several years. But I could never get the domain name, and that always frustrated me. Another guy down in Alabama has it, and I don’t think he will let go of it. Oh, and of course, he has a similar business. But. - PHOTOGRAPHY, including stock images, on-site and product photography:
- This page is about my photography interests. I’ve always had an interest in it, both from an artistic and a technical aspect. And as my job deals with images all the time, it’s a natural extention to what I do for a living. This is the part where I have fun, AND get paid for it. - It was early 1990’s when I first heard the term: internet. I wondered what is it? why do we need it? will it end up making a difference? I was clueless, obviously, as were many others at the time. I certainly had no idea what that word was about to mean to me, and the world, for that matter. There’s a lot to tell here too. Just need some time to gather my thoughts.
